What we collect
Your account. Your email address or your phone number, whichever you sign in with, and the display name you choose.
Your phone number. If you sign in with your phone, the number is kept with your account so you can sign in again. If you add a number under Settings > Your number, it is saved to your profile so a pact partner you beep can call or message you from the alert.
Your pacts. The name and phone number or other contact detail of each person you invite, and whether that pact is pending, active or revoked.
Your beeps. The short reason you type when you send a beep, who it went to, when it was sent and when it was acknowledged.
Your device push token. So a beep can reach your phone. It is tied to your account and removed when you sign out or delete your account.
Your profile photo. If you add one under Settings, the photo you pick is uploaded and saved with your profile so your pact partners recognise you. You can replace it at any time from Settings.
Your subscription. If you subscribe to BeepPact Premium, the payment is handled by Apple and we never see your card details. We keep your plan and when it started, and our subscription provider RevenueCat receives the purchase record, linked to your account ID, so Premium is unlocked on your account.
Product analytics. Usage events - which screens are opened, which actions succeed or fail - so we can find broken flows. These events are linked to your account (they carry your account ID), are used only to improve BeepPact, are never sold, and are never used to track you across other apps or websites. They are off until you turn them on under Settings > Share usage analytics, and you can turn them off again there at any time; while it is off, no usage events leave your device.
Your contacts
If you allow it, Search Contacts (opened with + on My Pacts) reads your address book on your phone so you can pick who to invite. The list is read on the device and is not uploaded. Only the person you choose to invite - their name and number - is saved, as part of that invite.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not upload your address book. We do not track you across other apps or websites. A beep reason is visible only to you and the person you sent it to.
Who can see your data
A pact partner can see your display name, your avatar, the beeps exchanged between the two of you and, if you saved one, your phone number, so they can call or message you when you beep them. Nobody else using BeepPact can see your pacts, your beeps or your contact details.
Notifications
Notification permission is requested for one purpose: delivering beeps. You can decline, and you can revoke it later in your device settings. Without it, beeps sent to you will not appear on your phone.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and protected by row-level security, so a request can only ever return rows belonging to the signed-in account. We keep your data while your account is open. You can remove your saved phone number at any time under Settings > Your number.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time under Settings > Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, your pacts and your beep history, and ends any pact someone else has with you. Deletion is permanent. To get a copy of your data, email admin@agenticfactory.app from the address or number on the account.
